New Pro-Vice-Masters appointed

At the Governors’ meeting on 5 October, two new Pro-Vice-Masters (PVM) were appointed. Professor Matthew Weait, School of Law, was made PVM with responsibility for Academic Partnerships; and Professor Li Wei, Department of Applied Linguistics and Communications, is now PVM for Research, while Professor Stephen Frosh is on sabbatical.

Professors Weait and Wei join the other Pro-Vice-Masters:

• Professor Philip Dewe, Vice-Master, with PVM portfolio for Links with Business and Commercial Exploitation
• Professor Costas Douzinas, PVM for International Links
• Professor Matthew Innes, PVM for Strategy and Special Projects
• Professor Sue Jackson, PVM for Learning and Teaching
• Tricia King, PVM for Student Experience
