Your ideas matter

Birkbeck has launched a Making a Difference staff suggestion scheme, aimed at capturing good ideas from across the College. The scheme's focus is to help improve our working processes and environment to benefit both staff and students.

"This additional communication route exists to make it easy for staff to put forward their useful suggestions to a panel, have them heard, acknowledged, and, if it is possible, implemented," says Wendy Johnston, staff development manager.
